Hello and thank you for your interest in my psychotherapy and counselling practice in Finchley, North London. There are many reasons why people come to therapy. Usually people are experiencing some distress or feel stuck in their lives. Sometimes people are having signs and symptoms of depression and severe anxiety and doubt that change can happen. For many years now, I have found counselling and psychotherapy to be a powerful tool for relieving psychological wounds and bringing positive change to occur in a person's life.
I work with individuals and couples on an open ended basis or for an agreed period of time and I offer a safe, confidential and supportive setting for this work. While my approach is eclectic to meet the particular needs of each client, I believe that the relationship we create provides the foundation for healing with the aim of enabling individuals to enhance their lives and to live more fully.
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist, accredited by the UKCP and particularly experienced in helping clients who have difficulties with :

My Finchley counselling and psychotherapy practice is within easy reach of Highgate, Totteridge, Whetstone, Barnet, Kentish Town, Golders Green, East Finchley, Hendon and Woodside Park.
Plus I am a qualified and experienced online therapist working via zoom or phone.
The closest underground station (about a two minute walk) to my Finchley counselling and psychotherapy practice is Woodside Park on the High Barnet branch of the Northern Line. The station has parking facilities.
